2024 Music Series Sponsorship Opportunities

Celebrating 10 years of live music at the Ross Farm!

Sponsors will be listed on a banner that will displayed at all Friends of the Boudinot-Southard-Ross Estate activities in 2024. The banner will feature sponsor names and logos. Sponsors are also recognized on our social media.

Sponsorships will continue to help grow our music series in our 10th year as well as support the ongoing mission of the Friends of the Boudinot-Southard-Ross Estate. While each act is paid a guaranteed amount, admission to many of our concerts is by suggested donation. Sponsorships ensure that we can cover the cost of our musicians and help us continue to reach up for more well-known artists, Sponsorships also help provide the professional technical support for sound and lighting to enhance the experience.

In addition to our music series, our 501(c)3 non-profit organization hosts a number of historical and cultural events throughout the year. We have supported local veterans via the NJ State Elks Veterans Welcome Home Kit Project with proceeds from the North Pole on North Maple holiday lights drive-thru in 2020, 2021 and 2022. We are also very proud of Boudinot’s Giving Garden, lovingly tended by a number of volunteers who harvested and donated close to 5,000 pounds in 2023. Also in its 10th year, every harvest is donated to local food pantries, soup kitchens and the local VA’s Community Hope. Local business sponsorships have helped us improve our sound system, add lighting and continue to bring top-notch musicians to Basking Ridge. At any level, your sponsorship is greatly appreciated. All sponsorships include complimentary admission to every Main Stage concert. The complimentary admissions may be used by the sponsor to attend concerts or may be gifted to customers, clients, friends, etc.
