2023 Music Series Sponsorship Opportunities

In our 9th year of live music, we will present our 50th concert! Be a part of this special season with your sponsorship.

Sponsors will be listed on a banner that will displayed at all Friends of the Boudinot-Southard-Ross Estate activities in 2023. The banner will feature sponsor names and logos. Sponsors are also recognized on our social media.

Sponsorships will continue to help grow our music series in our ninth year as well as support the ongoing mission of the Friends of the Boudinot-Southard-Ross Estate. While each act is paid a guaranteed amount, admission to almost all of our concerts is by suggested donation. Sponsorships ensure that we can cover the cost of our musicians and help us continue to reach up for more well-known artists, Sponsorships also help provide the professional technical support for sound and lighting to enhance the experience.

In addition to our music series, our 501(c)3 non-profit organization hosts a number of historical and cultural events throughout the year. We are proud to support local veterans via the NJ State Elks Veterans Welcome Home Kit Project with proceeds from the North Pole on North Maple holiday lights drive-thru since 2020. We are also very proud of Boudinot’s Giving Garden, lovingly tended by a number of volunteers who hit a milestone harvest of over 5,000 pounds last year. Also in its 9th year, every harvest is donated to local food pantries, soup kitchens and the local VA’s Community Hope.
