OPENING THE EVENING: Katie Martucci

Brooklyn-based indie folk/pop songwriter Katie Martucci brings a presence and warmth that leaves audiences spellbound and renewed. Her latest release, Note to Self, explores what she calls the “unspoken third thing in the room,” with songs touching on friendship, imposter syndrome, and her personal journey with epilepsy.

Drawing inspiration from artists like Madison Cunningham and Emily King, Martucci’s sound is lush, cinematic, and deeply personal.

“No matter what Katie Martucci chooses to sing, it absolutely captivates us. Her voice is incredible—warm and personal.” — Ear to the Ground Music

Ross Farm concerts are known for their warm, attentive audiences and intimate atmosphere, where music and storytelling are shared in a truly special setting. With a beautiful historic backdrop, these evenings offer a rare chance to experience remarkable artists up close.

HURRAY FOR THE RIFF RAFF with Free Range at the Ross Farm June 20

HURRAY FOR THE RIFF RAFF, the musical project of songwriter Alynda Segarra, brings their acclaimed live performance to the Ross Farm for a special outdoor concert on Saturday, June 20.

Born in the Bronx and later based in New Orleans, Segarra has become one of the most distinctive voices in contemporary folk and Americana. Their work blends elements of folk, indie rock, and roots music with deeply personal songwriting and expansive storytelling.

HURRAY FOR THE RIFF RAFF’s latest release, The Past Is Still Alive, has been widely praised as a powerful and singular work, exploring themes of identity, memory, loss, and survival. The album reflects Segarra’s evolution as an artist and continues to expand their influence within modern American music.

Opening the evening is Free Range, the project of Chicago-based singer-songwriter Sofia Jensen, whose introspective folk-rock blends raw lyricism with a quietly powerful emotional pull. Writing with striking honesty and a sense of intimate storytelling, Jensen creates songs that feel both deeply personal and universally resonant. Performing solo in this special opening set, Jensen brings the heart of Free Range’s music to the stage in its most direct and compelling form – just voice, guitar, and the stories that connect us.

This performance will take place outdoors on the historic grounds of the Ross Farm in Basking Ridge, NJ. Guests are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or blankets. Picnics and outside food are permitted; please carry in and carry out all items. Free on-site parking is available. This event will be held rain or shine. All ticket sales are final.
